What we offer

Therapy that meets you where you are.

Every person's journey is unique. We offer a range of evidence-based, compassionate services to support you through life's most challenging moments — and its most hopeful ones.

Adults, teens, and young adults seeking individual support

Individual Therapy

A space that's entirely yours.

Individual therapy offers a private, supportive environment to explore your inner world — your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and history. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, or simply a season that feels overwhelming, we work together at your pace to build insight, resilience, and lasting change.

Therapeutic approaches

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Mindfulness-Based Approaches
  • Trauma-Informed Care
  • Attachment-Based Therapy
Adults and teens healing from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, or distressing memories

EMDR Therapy

Healing trauma at its roots.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy designed to help you process and heal from traumatic memories, distressing life experiences, and the lasting effects of PTSD. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR works directly with the way your brain stores painful memories — helping to reduce their emotional charge so they no longer hold power over your present life. Many clients experience meaningful relief in fewer sessions than they expect.

Therapeutic approaches

  • Standard EMDR Protocol (Shapiro)
  • Trauma Processing & Memory Reprocessing
  • Bilateral Stimulation (eye movements, tapping, auditory)
  • Negative Cognition Restructuring
  • Resource Installation & Stabilization
  • Complex Trauma & C-PTSD Treatment
Teens (13–17) and young adults (18–25)

Teen & Young Adult Support

Specialized care for life's formative years.

Adolescence and young adulthood are among the most formative — and often most difficult — chapters of life. We offer specialized, age-appropriate support for teens and young adults navigating identity, peer relationships, academic pressure, anxiety, depression, and the transition to adulthood.

Therapeutic approaches

  • Adolescent-Focused CBT
  • Identity & Self-Esteem Work
  • Social Anxiety Support
  • Family Involvement (when appropriate)
Children ages 4–12 and their families

Child Therapy

Helping little ones find their footing.

Children experience big emotions and complex challenges — even when they don't yet have the words for them. Our child therapy sessions create a safe, nurturing space where younger children (ages 4–12) can express themselves through play, art, and conversation. We work closely with parents and caregivers to support growth both in and outside the therapy room.

Therapeutic approaches

  • Play Therapy
  • Art & Expressive Therapy
  • Child-Centered Therapy
  • Parent-Child Interaction Guidance

How we work

Every service we offer is grounded in the same core belief: that healing happens in relationship. We bring warmth, curiosity, and deep respect to every session — and we tailor our approach to fit you, not the other way around.

Evidence-Based

We draw from proven therapeutic modalities, always adapting them to your unique needs and goals.

Trauma-Informed

We understand that many struggles have roots in past experiences. We move at your pace, always prioritizing safety.

Culturally Sensitive

We honor the full complexity of who you are — your background, identity, and lived experience matter here.

Collaborative

You are the expert on your own life. We work with you, not on you — as partners in your healing.

Not sure which service is right for you?

That's completely okay. Reach out and we'll talk through what you're experiencing — together we'll find the best path forward.
